For business owners: Yelp's filtered reviews algorithm

Yelp.com will not provide any details so I am hoping someone else with the same experience can shed some light on this subject for me.

Noone understands how Yelp's review filter operates, the company refuse to dilvulge or response to any comments regarding its filter algorithm.

I have an unusually high number of filtered reviews (see whole list below), compared to other similar businesses and most businesses. Yelp is an important part of our business and this inacurracy is very alarming to me. I am seeking for anyone with any information that can help me fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated
